There wasn't exactly one for December 24th in 1989 but I found one on the 23rd and another website said that the song actually was #1 over a period of time including my date of birth. So I believe it XD

So Patti is in town this and the next week and we decided to go and watch "Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs"!
(FYI: My mom refused to see it since she thinks that the title is simply ridiculous, Miri didn't wanted either and bothe, Patti's mom and sister, didn't want...either XD So we went together! Easy!)

I already started laughing before it actually began XD And it kept going through the movie! It was just so funny!! I mean, some things really were ridiculous but that made it that great XD I mean srsly...that little island? And the "eyes" of the father? Haha! :'D
I also loved the little references to e.g. Sea World, with the splash zone and such XD (I used to sit in the splash zone an SW btw lol) And how the name of the town changed and how the letters always stated something (you had to look at the background for that too...which I apperently do XD).
In the end it got like a disaster film...but I love disasters lol
So yeah...all in all it was so much more than I expected! So thanks to Dan who made me wanting it to see even more when she said how much she enjoyed it :)

Yup. That was a totally lame movie, man.
We saw "Max Manus" (dunno if it's actually the same title in English...but I'm to lazy to google it XD). It's about a Norwegian resitance in World War II. Aaand...I totally didn't get what exactly they wanted... They also all looked so alike that i didn't know who is who. All were blond in the beginning and either brunette or dead in the end. Yeah...
I hate such movies and this was just one of those boring ones... <_< (that's my opinion, if you like such movies, go ahead!)

So...after seeing "Max Manus" I think I actually overjoyed myself in "Stepfather" XD lol Seriously..."Max Manus" may be better in the way it was made but not in the way it is presented. I mean...at least there was something happening in "Stepfather" and not just blah blah.

But anyway...I really wanna see a good sneak again so I will go the next time I'll actually have time. Which means it'll be during the Easter break which is in April...Ugh... Looong time.

Yay! Guess what Mr. postman brought today. Guuuueeeeessssss! lol
It's my TV! :D (Okay, it's not my TV since I got a whole new one but oh well. At least it's 100 percent working and I also got a new 3 years guarantee!)

I'm happy to have it back! <3 I now can watch FOP again! Y'know...on my own TV and such lol

Aaand...tonight I'm going to another sneak preview :) I'm so excited about what it'll be! (first time without Mims...)

Nah, not really. But just half an hour or so ago I was waiting in queue at the grocery's checkout with my mom. Before us was a middle aged woman and before her a teenage boy who wanted to buy some chewing gum. He however had not enough money so he went back to get something he could buy.  It was the turn of the woman before us then. After she paid the boy came back and the woman at the checkout said he could pay before us (no probs so far). But when he handed her the one euro and she wanted to put it into the box thingy he reached inside to steal money! o_o And I was dorectly behind him! I seemed like 2 or 3 seconds (maybe it weren't that long but it felt like that) until I realised what was just happening. I just thought "you have to do something!" so I tried to pull him away (and failed of course because he really was tall and much stronger). My mom, the woman who was before us and one woman from the other checkout helped with the guy as he tried to flea. We even had him to the ground! But there was no man to be seen! Just as the boy was halfway out there was an older man trying to hold him...and another saying we should let him go -.- Yeah right. Oh, and a way weaker looking boy also tried to help but also failed. Well, in the end the guy ran away since us women were too weak to hold him and no strong man helped. Luckily the woman at the checkout clang to the money so he didn't get it. She thanked us a lot and another employee called the police also telling that 4 to 5 costumers tried to get him.
However, my mom and I left since we wouldn't remeber his face anyway. The employee at the checkout said she would since she's seen him around a few times.

Yeah, that was my little adventure today. It isn't much but nothing serious happened and I guess that's the point. And even though we couldn't really hold him I feel good because I helped. I think that's also the point. We helped where pthers looked away.

PS: There used to be a security guard in there. I guess they'll put him back now lol

PPS: The theft also lost his hat. Aw, poor guy... WE HAVE YOUR HAT!

TV was sent out today! Let's all hope for a quick send-a-new-one XD Yup. I'm getting a totally new one!
I nearly broke my fingers when trying to remove the stand of the TV. It was too clicked XD haha

Oh and I'm totally in FOP love again! <3 As one can see looking at my icon XD haha

And I found I actually love the Glee version of  "Don't stop believing". Been listening for it all the day!
Okay...half of it,  the other I listened to FOP music XD I love "If I lived in TV" <3

Quick TV update.
A few days ago my aunt gave me a very old TV she still had to replace mine as long as I have it back. The TV really is old. I cannot connect it to a DVD recorder or game console etc. and since the remote is an universal remote (it doesn't really belong to the TV itself) there are some issues with changing the channels (I don't have any buttons to change them one by one but has to actually enter their channel number and since the remote only does channels 1 to 29 I have to use the buttons on the TV to go to the higher numbered channels...which are just some few I don't watch anyway XD). Also, there are a lot of free positions with no channel on them (I won't change that since I'll only have the TV for some weeks) and also some channels missing. Unfortunately the channel FOP is showing on is missing XD (also the one they show Danny Phantom on -.-) so I still can't watch that ;_; (I record it at my mom's now and watch it when she's away...)
QVC send us the papers yesterday so we will pack up my TV today and send it away tomorrow or so. I hope I'll have it back in three weeks at most! (though I know that's probably not going to happen...)

But funny thing! When I showed Miri my "new" TV last Wednesday she went "Is it still in black and white?!" XD Because it really looks that old lol

As the title says: my TV is broken :'(
It happened yesterday. I dunno what exactly made it break down. When I was home in my free periods I watched "Aladdin" an dit perfectly worked. Later after school I watched a TV show and it worked as well. (It was just that for a few days now the TV made some funny noises when I turned it on...) But yeah, when I wanted to turn it on later it was broken. I mean, I could turn it on and I still can, it's just that I don't have the images, just the sound. I can only listen to the programs. It's like being blind...
The thing also is that I cannot record anything with my DVD recorder now since I need to see in order to enter the right time and such. I'm also unable to play Wii :(
My mom called QVC (we bought it through them) and they said that we can send the TV in and will get a new one (or mine, just repaired. I don't know) but that can take three weeks! Now what do I do without a TV for 3 weeks?! D: I'm totally TV addicted!
Okay, I can still watch in the living room but...my mom's always there too! Yeah, we both do watch the same at dinner and breakfast and such but there are a some things I want to see alone. Like FOP which I recorded with the recorder in the living room yesterday btw. I would really like to watch it but I don't want my mom sitting next to me <_< Gah. Have to wait till Monday when she's at work.
(My mom offered me to watch at hers but...ugh. No XD)

I also didn't expect me to actually be as bored as I am right now because my TV isn't working. I freaking am bored. I'm playing stupid quizzes on the Internet at the moment... I'd read but the book I ordered did not arrive today though it was shipped yesterday and Amazon is usually fast but no! not when I need them to be so I'll have it on Monday the earliest...

Man, that SO sucks!

So today was finally the day me and my mom went to the movies to see "Avatar" in 3D!

(Funny story, btw. Wednesday Angi told me that she saw "Avatar" in 3D and I went all "I hate you!" since I hadn't yet. Well, after school I met Mims on my way home and she told me that she also saw "Avatar" in 3D. Twice. So guess what? I hated her too XD But yeah, while we were talking about it my mom sent me a text message asking if we want to see the movie this weekend again. In 3D lol I almost immediately made reservations for good seats XD)

Cool thing is that the movies have new glasses now (the old were heavy and got annoying after an hour or so) which are far better. And which one can keep and bring them with them to the next 3D movie! (one pays €1 less then! XD) So my mom and I of course kept ours lol

Since I already wrote about how much I love this movie...I don't have to do this now lol
But the 3D was really good. It didn't overwhelm me, mabe because I already knew the movie and was already by it in 2D XD But yeah, 3D was great nevertheless. It seemed as if the movie is only right in 3D. It was so...naturally. :) haha

Yeah, I don't know what the movie will be like on home screen (since you then have the old 3D glasses with red and green glasses and stuff...but yeah, we'll see).

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE COLORS BTW! :D (Still lol)

Aaand...I watched it for the 3rd time today.
Anna's here over the holidays and new year and wanted to watch the movie with us again (she already saw it in Spain and Svenni, Sina and I already saw it together but oh well!).
It was funny, as always. I don't think that I have to write about how it was anymore since the movie stays the same XD
We watched in on the smallest screen by the way but it was okay. It didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

So now I watched it three times, just like "Twilight! :B I is dork, I know.

It was also my first movie in 2010! lol The next will be either "Planet 51" (which I still haven't seen because they just sho wit in a few theaters) or "Avatar" in 3D! :D Wee!

I finished "The Host" today and I loved it!
I remembered how much I like Stephenie Meyer's style which also owned me when I was reading the "Twilight" books. I really hope she publishes something new soon. I really don't care what. I think I'll like everything :D haha


ATTENTION! Mild spoilers!

Anyway. "The Host" is really awesome. I liked the plot and the characters. It was a bit confusing in the first few chapters since you had to read further to understand what the Souls were talking about (it wasn't explained right away) but I evntually came behind it and got into it. And fell in love <3
I love Wanda and Ian the most. And of course both together <3 They're so cute! My fav pairing in the book :D
I don't like Jared that much though. It's not that I hate him (like I hate Jacob XD) but he was a bit...disturbing sometimes lol I would have wished for more Ian!
(I guess Jared and Ian are like Edward and Jacob: you just like one lol)
The end was kinda...open. Not like you didn't get a good end where every question is answered (because you get that!) but it's more like that there can be so much more! So I'm really hoping Stephenie will do what she once said and make "The Host" into a trilogy, writing two additional books. You would do me a favor, Steph! And I guess lots of other people too :D


And because I'm in the mood after reading the book I started to finally write down one of my own stories. I hope I won't stop after a few chapters haha
I think I never wrote about that story. Maybe I should do a summary XD

Failing graduation. Well, I did not fail since I didn’t even had the chance to try but you know what I mean…

First, a real musical XD “Tarzan” was simply fantastic! Second, Death Cab for Cutie. I like their stuff! :)

A BJD though I already sold her (it was nothing for me, as I realized then). Also a subscription of “Orlando Attraction Magazine” which is just awesome for me since I love all the theme parks around Orlando. And of course everything I wanted for Christmas or birthday :D

A boyfriend? lol Yah, and y’know…graduation.

Anyway, today's sneak was both, the worst (movie-wise) and the best (mood-wise).
Since last week (when I made reservations for our seats) the sneak was set at 16 but since the last one was too and was Parnassus then (which was cool actually) we dared to go today nonetheless.
Arriving at the movies we saw that they changed the sneak to 12 which made us hope for a love comedy (though I knew they're mostly set at 6) or (what I actually wanted) "The Vampire's Assistent" (I wouldn't watch that movie but I'd really liked to see it in a sneak!). But yeah, it was different than we thought XD
First off, we didn't get our seats I made reservations for because it was simply SO crowded inside and the lines were so long that I didn't get to the counter on time to pick up my tickets. So we sat somewhere in the middle. Oh well.
The movie started and guess what. It was a horror thriller what ever. "Stepfather". It was just the movie Miri and I thought we would be seeing last week XD I didn't care for it when I looked up which movie we could be going to see today because of this!

The movie itself was really bad. Like in badly made. Really. It was not so thrilling (though of course it was but y'know...sometimes you just knew what's going to happen and the characters acted stupid). Sina however nearly died next to me because she simply was afraid of a horror movie and I said it won't be one all the time XD haha My bad. But really, it wasn't as bad as "Orphan". Far less blood. Next to no blood at all.

But the mood was fantastic! Everyone was screaming, laughing, shouting things. I simply loved it. We all were talking, guessing, wondering, criticizing. And no one was disturbed by that because they did too. I just loved it!
In the end we were all clapping XD Okay, we also clapped inbetween lol That's a sneak!

So, Sina doesn't want to go to any sneak again. I want to. I wish I could go next week (because that could really be "The Vampire's Assistant" XD) but unfortunately I have school the day after :( Yeah...
So the next sneak will be on the 1st Fabruary when I have vacations. Miri most likely won't make it. I hope I'll find someone else XD

Oh, btw. We were four people today: Miri, her boyfriend, Sina and I. We again met Caro, this time with Theresa, another girl from my school. We also met Angi and her parents who sat in the row behing us XD And Miri again saw a lot of guys from the pathfinders.

And i still need to see my father from whom I also get something. Yeah.)

Sneak Preview time yesterday again! :D
I went with Miri and my mom. We booked the seats because on the homepage it said that the sneak would be for ages 0 (I thought they'd show "Fame" then) and because we thought that'll stay that way we bought the tickets yesterday afternoon. But when we looked again for which ages the movie is suited it said 16! XD' So Miri was all "omg! nooo!" since we said we wouldn't watch a movie for 16 and over after "Orphan" (which was also set at 16). But yeah, since we already had the tickets we went anyway (though we looke dup the movie releases and one of next week really is a thriller and set at 16!).
At the movies we met a girl from my school and her boyfriend who also watched the sneak and even sat next to us :D When we told her that the movie was set at 16 and may be a horror or thriller or so she was shocked XD Her boyfriend also wanted to see "Fame" so he wasn't that keen either. (Just for the protocol, I didn't want to see "Fame" but if would've been the sneak I of course would see it. It's just not a movie I MUST see since I actually hate dance moves XD)
So yeah...the movie started and we knew it would be something for older ages...
And what did we see now? "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus"! :D Caro (the girl from my school) went all happy since she wanted to see that movie so badly! I was just happy that it wasn't a thriller (Miri was too) and also glad that it was Parnassus (and not some really stupid movie) since that is also not a must see for me but I would gladly take it as sneak XD (Miri and I rambled about seeing Parnassus next sneak btw XD)

So we watched it almost 3 weeks before its release! :D That's a sneak! hahaha
The movie itself was...kinda weird. And strange. But also good XD It really was nice to watch but it won't become one of my favs.

I liked all the colors and such though since I love colorful movies :)

Next Monday, next sneak :D

I'm just back from watching "Avatar" and it's AWESOME! It's soooo good! Really! I love it!
I was totally undecided if I should watch it when I first heard about it and saw the trailer. Then I read that my local movies were holding a preview in 3D so my mom and I thought that we very well could see that. Yeah, unfortunately the movie wasn't in 3D after all since the movies didn't get the permission (I hope they'll get it for regular screening because "Avatar" in 3D is totally worth it!).
Bit still, even in 2D, the movie was fantastic! The story was great, the images were simply stunning and all in all it was just...awesome. Yup.
I loved all the colors, the lights, the plants and animals, the scenery. That really got me :D
Then of course the characters who were all great.
I cannot tell to much about them actually lol But I liked the Na'Vi. XD haha
I liked it that there wasn't so much action (just in the last part) and more of how life is like on Pandora (of the Na'Vi and humans). There could have been slightly more love hahaha XD
Gah! I'm totally into that movie right now.

It's just a really good fantasy story set in a whole new world.

Yup, I'm back from "The Princess and the Frog" premiere!
First off: They changed the screen again! Because of this we were not seated in the last row (but the row before, so that isn't that bad) and not in the middle! We actually sat right on the very right. Next to the wall! But oh well. Since it was one of the small screening rooms it was okay actually.

Back to the movie!
It was cute and good and stuff :) It was simply all Disney! The story was fluent, the images just brilliant and the end of course happy! <3 haha I really loved the colors in the whole movie!
It won't be my favorite Disney since that's still "The Little Mermaid" (<3) but I liked it alright!
My favs were Charlotte and Mama Odie's snake! :D hahaha
